The Center takes its sustainability seriously and we power our programs with fees, tuition, and proceeds from a diverse and creative portfolio of income generators. However, our work would not be possible without the additional investments from our community partners, to whom we extend our deepest appreciation.
Below are a few of the ways you can invest in the Center’s initiatives and help to train and educate the next generation of social entrepreneurs.

Lead sponsor of AVAIL in Virginia ($100,000+)
Lead sponsors receive prominent logo placement on the front page of the site and AVAIL materials for the next year.

General
While we keep overhead at a bare minimum through a variety of creative partnerships and arrangements, general support helps us compensate our hardworking administrative and support staff. General support covers items such as healthcare for staff. Give over $10,000 in general support and join us for desserts in your honor!
Endowments
The best way to leave a permanent mark on the social entrepreneurship movement is through an endowment. Contact our staff for more information about structuring an endowment and leaving your legacy with a movement that is tangibly changing the world.
Innovations Journal
Contact us to find out how to sponsor the premier academic journal on the topic of invention, innovation, and entrepreneurship addressing global challenges.
Research
Our research program seeks to create and refine innovative approaches to societal challenges. Contact us to find out how you can support the Center's cutting edge social entrepreneurship research.
Social Innovation Program (SIP)
Program Sponsorship ($25,000+)
A gift of $25,000 or more makes you a program sponsor. We name the class after you (for example: the Comcast Class of 2010) and you receive prominent logo placement on all materials.
Innovation Fellows Scholarship Fund ($10,000-$25,000)
Our Innovation Fellows Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance to SIP participants who would otherwise not be able to attend the program because of significant financial aid needs. Quite often it is the students who experience economic hardships who want to give back and use their careers to tackle those challenges later in life. Give over $10,000 to SIP and join our students, staff, and faculty for a dinner in your honor.
Friend of SIP ($6,000-$10,000)
Become a Friend of SIP! $6,000 covers scholarships for two exceptional students to attend the program. $10,000 covers the cost of instructional faculty.
SIP Supporter ($1-$5,999)
Small to medium-sized donations make a huge difference. For example, $100 will fund the course materials for one SIP student. $250 will provide one lunch for the class and guest lecturer during the academic session. $3,000 covers the tuition for one student.
